The Company acts solely as a coordinator and intermediary for vehicle transportation, shipping, storage, and related logistics services. We do not perform, operate, control, or directly provide transportation, shipping, or handling services.

All logistics activities are carried out by independent third-party carriers, ports, storage facilities, and service providers. The Company does not supervise their operations and does not guarantee performance, outcomes, or service quality.

All shipping schedules, delivery dates, routes, and transit times provided are estimates only and are not binding. Delays, rerouting, cancellations, or changes may occur due to carrier decisions, port congestion, weather conditions, regulatory actions, or other external factors.

The Company assumes no responsibility for missed deadlines, delays, or disruptions during transportation. The User acknowledges that all timing-related risks are inherent to international and domestic vehicle shipping.

The Company is not responsible for loss, theft, total loss, mechanical damage, cosmetic damage, corrosion, water damage, or missing parts occurring before, during, or after transportation.

All risks related to loading, unloading, handling, storage, weather exposure, and transit are borne entirely by the User. Vehicles are transported at the User’s sole risk, regardless of the transportation method or destination.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, the Company does not provide insurance coverage and does not ensure that third-party carriers or providers offer insurance. The User is solely responsible for arranging any desired insurance coverage.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from shipping or transportation services, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. By using shipping-related services, the User accepts all associated transportation and logistics risks.
