FAQs

Clear answers to the most common questions about vehicle sourcing, auctions, shipping, and how the process works in real situations.

Do you own or directly sell the vehicles listed on your website?

No. We do not own or sell vehicles. All vehicles are sourced through third-party auctions or dealers. Our role is to coordinate sourcing, provide access to inventory, assist with evaluation, and manage the process around purchase and logistics. The final transaction is between the buyer and the auction house or seller.

Can you guarantee the condition or history of an auction vehicle?

No. Vehicles purchased through auctions are sold on an as-is basis by the auction house or seller. While condition reports, photos, and history data may be available, they are provided by third parties and may be incomplete or inaccurate. We help clients interpret available information, but hidden or undisclosed issues are always a possibility.

How does the vehicle sourcing process work if I’m looking for a car?

If a vehicle is not currently in stock, you can share your requirements with us. We review availability across auctions and dealer networks, monitor upcoming listings, and contact you when suitable options appear. Final decisions, including bidding and purchase approval, are always made by the client.

How long does international vehicle shipping usually take?

Shipping timelines depend on multiple factors, including pickup location, port congestion, carrier schedules, customs procedures, and destination country regulations. Any timelines provided are estimates only. Delays can occur even after the vehicle has been shipped, and this is a normal part of international logistics.

Who is responsible if the vehicle is damaged or delayed during shipping?

Transportation and handling are performed by independent third-party carriers, ports, and storage facilities. We coordinate the process and communication, but we do not control these providers. Responsibility for shipping-related risks, including damage or delays, rests with the client unless separate insurance coverage is arranged.
